Call for Big Ideas

Want to be a part of Baran Dance’s Spring 2025 concert? Do you have a great idea for a new contemporary dance work? We want to collaborate with YOU! Use this form to share your biggest and best ideas for Big Moves: Big Ideas, premiering June 2025. We are taking suggestions for:
- thematic content (make a piece about ________)
- costumes and props (make a piece wearing / with ________)
- sets (make a piece that takes place ________)
- musical genres (make a piece to ________)
- creative inspiration (make a piece inspired by ________)
Those are just examples, so let your imagination run wild! Ideas will be selected by Baran Dance artistic director and choreographers. Big Moves: Big Ideas premieres June 7th + 8th, 2025 at CPCC’s Parr Center and, if your idea is selected, you will receive two complimentary tickets to the performance of your choice!
